Our engineers could be your engineers
Within the Aerial Solutions Division, Dynali has developed new technical skills in order to provide solutions to customers from the utility helicopter to fully autonomous UAVs. Within the AS division, we have a multi-skilled team of engineers, avionics and assembly technicians even engine experts and pilots in order to handle the projects from A to Z, from the initial design to the final test flight.
We also provide services in the development of avionics related electrical harnesses and management of payload of course. Currently we can develop flying platforms with all the necessary equipments to be transformed into a UAV. We already have major partners who are using our helicopters for UAVS. With this new division, our team is ready to handle any new technical challenge.
UAV Platform
The engineering team develops solutions based on client requirements and manages systems integration. It is the only company to provide platforms with a maximum payload of 230 kg, an autonomy of 8-10 hours and flying up to 10,000 feet.
Designed for ease of use, low operating cost and wide range of applications, the D3 Platform incorporates leading-edge on-board technology which can be applied to multiple and varied missions such as :
- Medical transport
- Territorial surveillance
- Monitoring of wind turbines, offshore oil platforms, pipelines, etc.
- Precision agricultural
- Initial wildfire location
- Maritime search and rescue
- Logistics
- Wildlife protection
135 HP Engine
We develop our own engines “Dynali Motors” based on Rotax 912 series. We start by completely disassembling them. We set aside certain various parts in order to work mainly on the casings so they fit with our components manufactured in-house such as the cylinders. They offer a bigger engine capacity than the Rotax. Obviously the crankshaft is balanced. It allows us to have an engine that runs smoother, much more balanced.
Once we put it all back together, we work on the intake and injection systems. We install an electronic throttle body which is controlled by a MoTeC ECU. It helps us managing a power that reaches 135 HP. All of this enables us to provide an engine truly suited to a helicopter use which is a very specific application.
ASSEMBLY LINE
All mechanical parts are machined and welded in our Belgian factory. The engine is based on the Rotax 912 ULS block to which Dynali has added its own injection system and
an ECU entirely mapped by our engine specialists. Cylinders, pistons and other critical parts are also manufactured by Dynali, thus providing a 135 HP output and an engine fully adapted to helicopters.
Following assembly, the engine spends 5 hours on a dyno bench for running in and checking that all parameters are perfect prior to completion of the airframe and body work. This stage includes the painting of the hull in the Dynali paint shop, including a paint mixer and a chromograph which allows the client to specify exactly the colour scheme desired.
Finally, the helicopter is submitted to 5 hours of test flights covering the full flight envelope – then a quick wash and polish and it is ready for delivery to the lucky customer.
It is this integration of the production processes which enables Dynali to quote very short delivery times (between 3 to 6 months).
ENGINEERING TEAM
Within the AS division we have a multi-skilled team of engineers, avionics and assembly technicians even engine experts and pilots in order to handle the projects from A to Z… from the initial design to the final test flight.
We also provide services in the development of avionics related electrical harnesses and management of payload of course. Currently we can handle 2 types of projects. For example we can deliver utility helicopters based on the client demand that can be used for crop spraying. Or we can develop flying platforms with all the necessary equipments to be transformed into a UAV.
On-site manufacturing of practically all mechanical parts and quality control of source materials complete the formula for a reliable aircraft.
FAQ

At this stage, we are not yet selling fully autonomous helidrones. Dynali has two divisions, the helicopter division which produces and sells the H3 Sport, and the Aerial Solutions division, where Dynali produces helicopter platforms for manufacturers of drones. In this way, Dynali provides a market where there is currently no competition with a range of up to 8 to 10 hours or a payload of up to 230 kg.
First just send an email to info@dynali.com and tell us a little about you and your operations. We will then contact you and send you a standard Dynali distributor contract and invite you to visit the factory, see the manufacturing processes and talk with all our key people.
This depends on the status of the order book at the time of placing of the order. The maximum delivery time is 6 months. However, it is only when the firm order and the 50% deposit have been received that a chassis number is allocated and a firm delivery date, which may be considerably shorter, can be confirmed. Usually, the delivery time is about 3 to 4 months.

Our UAV platform is composed of an airframe, a rotor with its propellers, skids, an engine based on the Rotax 912 ULS, avionics and a Motec ECU. We deliver these platforms ready to be transformed into drones. At this stage, we are not yet selling fully autonomous helidrones.
